Vietravel Airlines is a Vietnamese airline established in 2019, with its first commercial flight on January 25, 2021. Now part of T&T Group, it connects major Vietnamese cities and tourist destinations, with international services to Bangkok and Shenzhen. Its passenger operation uses Airbus A321 aircraft.
Choose your aircraft to explore the Vietravel Airlines seat maps listed below.
Purchase a preferred seat through the airline’s website, call centre, ticket offices or agents. Options include wider premium seats on selected aircraft, seats near the front, extra-legroom exit seats and standard seats. The available categories depend on the aircraft operating your flight.
Passengers must be aged 15–60, with unaccompanied children excluded. You must be healthy, require no in-flight assistance, understand evacuation instructions in Vietnamese or English, and be willing to help. Pregnancy, accompanying children or pets, and needing a belt extender disqualify you. Bags cannot stay at your feet or on your lap during take-off and landing. Staff may reassign an ineligible passenger without refunding the seat fee.
The airline tries to place travelling companions near one another, but does not guarantee adjacent seats for groups of two or more because seats may already be reserved. Buy available adjacent seats in advance if that matters to your party.
Describe your needs when booking through a ticket office, branch or call centre. Wheelchair assistance is free. Request stair assistance at least 24 hours before departure; full cabin mobility assistance requires at least 48 hours and confirmation. Special-service passengers cannot occupy exit seats and must reach the boarding gate at least 60 minutes before departure. Tell the airline about mobility equipment so it can confirm acceptance.
Economy Saver and Economy Flex include one piece up to 7 kg. Premium Economy includes one piece up to 12 kg. The maximum size is 56 × 36 × 23 cm, with total dimensions no greater than 115 cm. Infants do not receive this allowance. Oversize or overweight bags must be checked, with additional charges where applicable.
