Where should I report damaged or missing baggage?
Report baggage damage to Fly Oya’s airport representative or the ground handler’s Lost and Found office before leaving the airport and have a report issued with your documents. For bags that do not arrive, contact the same airport service; the airline also provides a reporting form on its baggage-services page.
