Passengers must be at least 15, understand English instructions and independently perform evacuation duties. Mobility aids, seatbelt extensions, animals and care responsibilities can prevent eligibility; another guardian seated elsewhere may take responsibility for a child. Ordinary glasses, contact lenses and hearing aids are permitted if functional requirements are met. Ineligible passengers are moved without a seat-fee refund.
If you can walk from the aircraft door to your seat, add wheelchair assistance when booking online. For an electric chair, additional care or inability to walk short distances, call gCare before booking and at least 48 hours ahead for confirmation. Complete check-in 90 minutes before departure and reach the gate 60 minutes before. Your own folding manual chair is carried free.
