Yes, subject to airline and destination approval. SKYhigh lists a maximum pet weight of 20 lb, one animal per carrier and passenger, and three pets per flight. Use a flexible, ventilated carrier no larger than 23 × 36 × 36 cm that fits under the seat ahead; the pet stays inside throughout the flight. Bring vaccination, health and destination documents. A separate charge applies, and breed restrictions must be checked. Pets are not carried in the hold; assistance animals have separate conditions.
Notify SKYhigh at least 48 hours before departure. Only dogs qualify, with one service dog per passenger. The dog must remain beside you and cannot occupy a seat. Bring proof of service status, vaccination and health documents, destination entry documents and any required US Department of Transportation forms for US travel.
