This seat is a bit forward of the wing. Had a good view through the window. Ample space under the forward seats for bags or legs. Seat was able to recline, but I don't for the consideration of the passenger behind me. The seat width was adequate for most people under 250 lbs. Air Canada offers minimal service on this route. Few drinks and no food unless you care to purchase at inflated prices. The entertainment system is lackluster so I ended up using the tablet I brought with me.
Flight changed to Rouge 319 M. The seat is not a seat that should have a premium charge. It has no personal entertainment center. Is narrower and tight with passengers on either side impinging on to the seat. The seat itself is uncomfortable and becomes more so toward the end of a two plus hour flight.
this has been squeezed in, no recline and several inches closer to the row ahead. I wonder if it's even safe as you couldn't possibly lean forward in an emergency and if the person ahead of you reclines the seat is an inch or two from your face. at minimum, this seat should not be sold and only used in overbooking situations.

For me when it comes to long haul flight more than 10+ flying hours, I wasn't happy with the selection of entertainment system.
✅ Trip Verified | Orlando to Toronto. Checked our bags for USD $23, get on the plane carrying a nap sack. I need to put my bags under the seat in front of me to make room for the people with their big carry ons. Are you kidding me. Put some controls in place in terms of number of carryons and size of bags. Why are we being penalized? No room for our feet others with the big bags have lots of room.
✅ Trip Verified | San Francisco to Delhi via Vancouver. I booked my tickets through Expedia. Air Canada made changes to my itinerary three times without explanation. The first time around I called Air Canada directly but was told I needed to contact Expedia. Expedia was helpful but had no explanation for the changes. I had to make changes to my other connecting flights every time Air Canada made a change. On the day of travel, during check-in the agent did not understand e-visas to India and asked for clarifications from me. I found the onboard food choices and quality below par. They lost one of our bags when we landed in Delhi and the agents there did not have a clue as to what happened. We are keeping our fingers crossed, and are hoping to get the bag back in time for the wedding I came to India for.
✅ Trip Verified | Toronto to Delhi with Air Canada, Delhi to Kochi with Air India. Though their baggage limits are limited i have paid for an extra baggage and confirmed with the representative that the baggage fee is applicable until the final destination. When they reach Delhi for transfer for their Air India flight charged extra fees for the baggage. On top of it though it is an international transfer they are considering as a domestic trip. They even consider even laptop bag and Baby's diaper bag as Carry-on luggags. There is no proper communication between Air Canada and Air India. Air Canada have different language entertainment in their flight but they dont have tamil language.
The seat pitch was grossly inadequate for a person 6' 2", for the long overnight flight from Toronto to Vienna (Austria), the seat was very uncomfortable and since Air Canada has 9 seats in 3-3-3 configuration the aisles are narrow and passengers walking to/from washrooms bump into seated ones thus constantly disturbing them; the experience was of a "Nightmare-liner" not "Dreamliner".

✅ Trip Verified | Vancouver to Toronto. My flight was rescheduled without any information to me and found out, when I checked my itinerary on line. No food was served in business class (only light breakfast before landing). Overall impression and service was not near to EVA Air and Singapore Airlines I traveled before this flight.
Super legroom in this row, as there is no seat 16F. You are facing the jumpseat, contrary to the seat map on the airbus 321-200 (mainline)
There is no divider between these seats and first class. Extra leg room should make them "green" on your chart. Best seats on this plane.
The seat was comfortable with more than sufficient leg room. There was difficulty/inability y to adjust the location of the arm rest tv as little to no flexibility to be able to do so. Also the jog in the aisle between business class setting and row 18 made It difficult for flight attendants to manoeuvre and passenger had to exercise caution as well.
✅ Trip Verified | Toronto to Miami. Air Canada Rouge seats have the least legroom I have experienced. Flight attendant in my section had a really bad attitude. Very unpleasant flight.
I have flown this plane over 100 times, this seat is a little colder but lots of leg room, because of the missing window, there is a panel to rest your head on allowing you to sleep easily. This is my favourite seat on this plane
✅ Trip Verified | Myself and 2 coworkers had to pay twice for a flight to Orlando and still havent received any compensation for tickets or the expenses of the delay. They lost our luggage for 3 days and refuse to cover any expenses from this.I was flying from Vancouver to Toronto for business and our connecting flight to Orlando in Toronto was delayed (not Air Canada's fault, but an airport issue). For almost 4 hours in the airport, Air Canada employees at the airport and via phone refused to speak to anyone on the delayed flights about what they should do. We finally re-booked our flights for early the next morning and booked a hotel for the evening. When we woke up, Air Canada at around 1:00 AM rebooked our original flight to 6:00am - of course we didnt see this email so late at night so we foregoed that flight and went with the 8:30 we had already rebooked. Of course, we tried calling Air Canada to inform them of the switch but still no one was answering their phones. Our 8:30 was rescheduled to 12:00 and when we were able to leave, we asked our flight check-in attendant to scan our bag ticket to make sure our bags were on the correct plane, she assured us they most definitely were. No luggage once we arrive in Orlando. It took us three days to finally receive our luggage, all the while being treated incredibly poorly by rude and incompetent employees who took no responsibility for the inconvenience. We still haven't been refunded for anything, and all staff we deal with says there is nothing they can do.
Travelled London to Calgary in seat A8 and in seat A6 on return, both were comfortable and the service was excellent. In A8 I was not disturbed by noise from toilets or galley. In A6 the blank window of A5 helped reduce light glare. My first time in business with Air Canada and found the heavy padded seat belt a little strange but got used to this.
✅ Trip Verified | Vancouver to Toronto. Today we were delayed on the plane for nearly two hours. I missed my connecting flight, and need to wait at the airport all night for a rebooked one. But Air Canada offered me a $10 meal voucher so that makes it all better! They dont give you any snacks on their flights, its for purchase.
✅ Trip Verified | Vancouver to Brisbane. An excellent lounge. My seat on the plane was not the most comfortable, but being tall was not bad. The cabin staff were very good. I couldn't eat or drink very much and staff helped me in every way possible. They were all caring, I will fly with them again.
