Can I choose a seat, and is it included?
Choose through the website, app, Manage My Booking, call centre or a fastjet shop. Value Plus includes Economy seat selection; Business Premium includes premium seats on A320-operated flights. Other advance choices can cost extra. A seat is allocated free at check-in and may change for operational or safety reasons. If fastjet cancels your flight, paid seat charges can be refunded or transferred; voluntary cancellation, missed flights and ineligible seat choices do not qualify for a refund.
Will my child sit next to me?
The carriage conditions call for an accompanied child to sit in the same row as the adult, or no more than one row away. This provides proximity rather than a promise of adjacent seats for the whole family.
Who can sit near an emergency exit?
You must be at least 16, understand English, and be willing and physically able to assist. Pregnancy, accompanying a child under 16 or a lap infant, needing a seatbelt extension or special assistance, deafness, blindness and impaired mobility make you ineligible for these seats.
How do I arrange mobility assistance?
Request assistance when booking or at least 48 hours before departure; email requests need seven days. If you are completely immobile, obtain approval before paying and arrange a companion over 16 who is able to help. Passengers with reduced mobility should report to check-in at least 90 minutes before departure.
What cabin baggage is included?
The published fares include one cabin bag up to 7 kg and 55 × 35 × 20 cm, plus a handbag or laptop bag up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm. Limited space can require the larger bag to travel in the hold through Drop & Fly; remove valuables before handing it over.
Can I bring a pet?
Ordinary pets and emotional-support animals are not accepted. Registered assistance dogs can travel free on domestic flights only, subject to certification and advance arrangements through the call centre when booking.
