Can I choose a seat on Plus Ultra, or receive one without paying?
Advance seat selection is optional and subject to availability. You can purchase it online until 6 hours before departure; at check-in, a random assignment is available without an extra charge. Plus Ultra may change seats for operational or safety reasons. If it cannot provide an equivalent replacement after a change it causes, request a seat-fee refund through its claims form within 7 days after your itinerary’s final flight arrives.
Who is excluded from Plus Ultra emergency-exit seats?
Passengers under 18, adults travelling with babies, passengers travelling with pets and passengers with special conditions cannot use emergency-exit seats under Plus Ultra’s published seat rules. Its Extralargos seats also exclude adults with babies, passengers with pets and passengers with special conditions. A paid seat fee is not refunded when the passenger is found ineligible for the selected seat type.
Can an eligible pet travel in Plus Ultra’s cabin?
Eligible pets can travel in Economy, subject to approval, documents and breed restrictions; pets are not accepted in Business. The animal and carrier together may weigh up to 10 kg, and the carrier may be no larger than 55 cm long, 20 cm wide and 40 cm high. It must stay beneath the seat ahead, with the animal inside throughout the flight. Request carriage through the call centre at least 48 business hours before departure. Passengers with cabin pets cannot sit in an exit row.
