Cambodia Airways is a Cambodian airline headquartered in Phnom Penh. It operates Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft on domestic and international services across Asia, including links with China and Southeast Asian destinations.

Submit an advance request through the airline’s ticketing office or customer service at least 12 hours before departure. Preferred seats are charged, with higher counter or onboard prices. First-row passengers must be at least 18; parties with children or special assistance must follow the airline’s seating arrangements.
For a voluntary flight change requested at least 12 hours ahead, the seat fee can be refunded, and a new selection requires a new payment. Within 12 hours it is non-refundable and non-transferable. For involuntary changes, a full refund applies if an equal- or higher-value seat cannot be provided. Submit an eligible refund request to the airline’s ticketing or services email.
Request cabin-seat assistance or powered wheelchair carriage at least 24 hours before departure. If booking later, apply immediately; acceptance depends on capability. Ramp or step assistance has no mandatory deadline, but early requests are encouraged. Assistance has route-specific fees; for example, KTI–Siem Reap service costs USD 60 per person. A manual wheelchair is checked free outside your baggage allowance. Complete airport check-in at least two hours ahead. First-row, exit-row and adjacent seats are unavailable to wheelchair-assistance passengers.
One carry-on bag may weigh up to 7 kg, with one additional personal item. The published combined size allowance is 55 × 40 × 20 cm, including duty-free items. Baggage exceeding the size or weight limits must be checked, and a charge applies.
For Phnom Penh Techo–Bangkok travel booked on the airline’s website or app, Economy includes 30 kg and Business 40 kg; the policy applies to tickets issued and travel from June 2, 2026. Infants have 10 kg including the folding stroller. Other routes and booking channels have different allowances. No single bag may exceed 32 kg.
Check-in closes 60 minutes before international flights or 40 minutes before domestic flights. Boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure. The airline recommends arriving at least three hours ahead; passengers using wheelchair assistance must complete check-in at least two hours before departure.
