Enter Air is a Polish airline specializing in holiday charter flights for tour operators, with operational bases in Poland and elsewhere in Europe. Founded in December 2009, it made its first flight from Warsaw to Enfidha, Tunisia, on April 14, 2010. Its fleet uses Boeing 737-800 and 737 MAX 8 aircraft.

Passengers must be able to assist during an emergency and communicate with the cabin crew. These seats are unavailable to children under 16, pregnant passengers, those traveling with pets, and passengers needing special care or whose mobility, sight, hearing, health or physical size prevents the necessary response.
Tell your tour operator when booking, or email support@enterair.pl if booking directly or if the request was not passed on. For a wheelchair or other mobility device, send its dimensions, weight and battery specifications at least 48 hours ahead. Needed medical equipment and up to two mobility aids travel free with advance notice. Your wheelchair is loaded into the hold at boarding; airport staff help with transfers. Enter Air’s aircraft do not have onboard wheelchairs.
Yes, with a separate ticket and your own aircraft-approved child seat fitting a 43 × 35 cm seat base and secured by the aircraft belt. It must be at a window with the responsible adult beside it, away from exit rows and the rows immediately in front or behind. Enter Air requires the infant to return to the adult’s lap for takeoff and landing. It does not provide bassinets.
An assistance service can be arranged from age five, subject to Enter Air’s approval and capacity for the flight. A paid service and a correctly signed care form are required; the form identifies the person collecting the child. The parent or guardian must remain at the airport until takeoff.
The limit is one 5 kg cabin bag. A personal item such as a handbag or laptop bag may also be carried, up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm. Enter Air does not sell an increased cabin-bag weight allowance.
The usual allowance is 20 kg, but the charter agreement and route can change it. For individual bookings, Sal, Rabil, Dubai, Ras Al-Khaimah, Zanzibar, Manohar and Muscat have a 16 kg limit. Travelers checking in together may pool their allowance, with no single suitcase over 32 kg. Confirm the applicable charter allowance with your tour operator.
Only dogs and cats are accepted as ordinary cabin pets, with advance approval for each journey through support@enterair.pl. Provide an under-seat carrier no larger than 48 × 33 × 25 cm, with animal and carrier together weighing at most 8 kg. An animal fee applies, and you need the required health and travel documents. Enter Air does not transport animals in the hold. Recognized guide and assistance dogs have separate conditions and travel free.
No. Check-in is at the airport, normally opening two hours before departure and closing 45 minutes before departure. Boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure. Enter Air will advise passengers when special circumstances change those times.
